Americans have a tricky relationship with vegetables, according to a survey conducted on behalf of Bolthouse Farms. The survey polled 2,122 Americans on their veggie buying and cooking habits, plus their general thoughts on including vegetables in a healthy diet. While most of those surveyed appreciated the physical benefits of eating veggies, some expressed anxiety about actually trying or cooking a new vegetable for the first time.
