We’re happy to see yet another dairy producer dabbling in our dairy-free world. Natural by Nature Oat Delicious is a line of oat milk made with organic oats. The company has also started making a seasonal oat nog, which we’ve included in this post.
Natural by Nature Oat Delicious Keeps it Organic with Milks and Nog
Their classic oat milks are made without any added sweeteners, but due to processing regulations, they do contain “added sugars.” To make oat milk smooth (or to put it bluntly, less slimy), they use enzymes to break down the carbohydrates. This produces simple sugars, which by regulation, must then be counted as added sugars. Their Oat Nog does contain added cane sugar and is a more indulgent holiday treat!

Ingredients: oat base (water, organic oats), organic rapeseed oil. contains 2% or less of: calcium carbonate, sea salt, gellan gum, vitamin d3, vitamin a.
Nutrition (per 1 cup): 120 calories, 6g fat, 15g carbs, 1g fiber, 10g sugars (includes 10g added sugars), 2g protein. Fortified to achieve the following RDA percentages: 15% vitamin D, 20% calcium, 20% vitamin A.*

Oat Nog (seasonal)
Ingredients: oat base (water, organic oats), organic rapeseed oil, organic cane sugar, eggnog flavoring, salt, guar gum, organic cinnamon, organic turmeric, gellan gum.
Nutrition (per 1/2 cup): 180 calories, 9g fat, 25g carbs, 1g fiber, 15g sugars (includes 15g added sugars), 1g protein.*
