- It helps regulate your blood sugar levels and reduce the bad cholesterol in your system.
- Oats are known for their ability to control blood pressure and lower bad cholesterol.
- It improves insulin sensitivity, which in turn helps avoid blood sugar spikes.
- Oat flour offers a little more iron and calcium than regular refined flour.

Unlike regular wheat flour, oat flour is easy to digest. Its high fibre content makes the work easy for the body to digest. Along with this, oat flour is a source of prolonged energy as the body breaks it down comparatively slowly. As a result, you feel fuller for longer after consuming oat flour products.
